The vendor is required to provide municipal financial management software system to serve the current and projected needs of the town and school departments.
- System and support vendor that will provide:
• Full integration between financial modules
• Compliance with the uniform state accounting system as prescribed by the director of accounts in the department of revenue
• Compliance with the reporting requirements of the state department.
• Compatibility with MS office tools
• Easy export of all data for analysis
• Real time processing and ease of real time backup
• User customization of fields and reports
• Import of data from external systems (real and personal property bills from vision government solutions, Inc.; meter data for utility billing from district 360; time and attendance from neogov)
• Reliable and responsive support, company growth and stability.
• Custom reports and exports at no additional expense
• Software updates included in annual maintenance cost
