The vendor is required to provide from qualified, experienced, financially sound, and responsible providers of employment advertising services.
- Employment advertising including, but not limited to: efficiently coordinating and placing advertisements in print and online media; conducting position- and region-specific research that produces a summary of recommendations for the most effective advertising options; creating and designing employment ads, campaigns, and other special requests using various media outlets such as virtual career fairs; and providing accurate billing for services received as well as providing quarterly and annual usage and return on investment reports.
- Most requests for services will be for full-time regular staff and faculty positions facilitated by hr employment.
- It will be critical that an established employment brand is consistently used with all placed advertisements and any newly generated creative work.
- The university’s composition includes, but is not limited to, a major health care enterprise (hospitals and clinics), undergraduate and graduate academic colleges, and extensive county-level field operations and central facilities management services.
