The Vendor is required to provide policies and procedures to conduct investigations, present findings and make recommendations.
- Investigative services includes:
• Conduct investigations in a timely and impartial manner
• Gather evidence, compile documentation, and prepare reports related to investigations
• Final reports must be submitted within 30 days following the completion of the investigation.
• Explain investigations, as needed, to hearing panels, supervisors, and others involved in the adjudication processes.
• Manage initial and on-going communication and official notices to parties involved in an investigation as well as campus administrators involved in the process
• Manage concurrent investigations with campus and municipal law enforcement agencies
• Maintain accurate records for each investigation
• As a senior military institution, with a vibrant fraternity and sorority life community, a thriving residential life program on the county campus, and over 200 student clubs and organizations across five campuses, the investigation and resolution of student conduct and integrity issues and concerns can be complex and multi-layered. An awareness and appreciation of these dynamics are critical factors in the successful investigation of reports of violations of the student code of conduct.
• Final payment will be made after receipt of invoice upon conclusion of services related to the investigation.
