The Vendor is required to provide to professional staffing agencies and executive search firms services to choose from when personnel needs arise.
- Requested services include:
• Full-service executive-level searches
o Refining the position description and desired qualifications;
o Creating the position announcement;
o Drafting criteria for selection;
o Developing a timeline for the process;
o Engaging campus constituencies in the process and generating initial pools of candidates through advertisements and nominations of qualified applicants.
o The firm selected will provide and manage all aspects of confidential candidate website searches. The Search Selection Committee will use this gathered candidate information in their review.
o After identifying candidates, the firm will coordinate with university to complete background checks and finalize recommendations according to university rules.
