The Vendor is required to provide financial consulting firm that has experience conducting financial statement and audit reviews and analysis to provide comprehensive risk assessment for secured transactions.
- Provide a narrative explanation of your firm's qualifications and organizational capacity to provide the services; include a detailed summary of your company’s relevant experience with providing the needed services.
- Ability to adequately finance working capital, equipment and maintenance requirements of:
• The project for which the loan has been requested.
• The total equity of the applicant.
- Contingency plans for:
• How your organization will handle staffing issues when a portion of key employees are incapacitated due to illness; and.
• How employees in your organization will carry out the essential functions if contagion control measures prevent them from coming to the primary workplace.
- Financial alternatives of an applicant, the financial consultant will consider, in addition to other items the following financial aspects:
• Form and content of financial statements audited, reviewed or compiled and any disclaimers or representations attached thereto.
• Equity of loan applicant in relation to total project cost.
• Income in relation to total project cost.
• Extraordinary items of income and expense reflected in the balance sheets.
• Historical and projected cash flows in relation to existing and proposed debt service.
• Current working capital ratio.
• Total debt to equity ratio.
• Trends in revenues and net income.
• Contingent liabilities.
• Property and plan appraisals.
• Long-term leases.
• Debt evaluation, including type and restrictions on debt.
- The financial consultant will review, on a period basis, financial information as assigned.
- For each assignment, the financial consultant shall prepare a report summarizing the information and recommendations as appropriate.
- Abstract or summarize the result of the study or service in terminology that will be meaningful to management and others generally familiar with the subject areas.
- Describe data collection and analytical and other techniques used during the study.
- Summarize findings, conclusions and recommendations developed in each task.
- Include all supporting documentation; e.g., flow-charts, forms, questionnaires, etc.
- Recommend a time-phased work plan for implementing the recommendations.
- Contract Period/Term: 4 years
