RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide that to select comprehensive training and technical assistance (TTA) and supplemental services to support americorps programming in state.
- Contractors will be assigned specific areas of service outlined below:
• Training & development: design and deliver training for americorps members, site supervisors, and host organizations focused on program compliance, performance measurement, and capacity building.
• Vista grant oversight & support: provide oversight for vista grant management, including recruitment, placement, and management of vista members to ensure program success and compliance.
• Subgrantee fiscal reporting assistance & oversight: assist in monitoring and reviewing subgrantee fiscal reporting, ensuring compliance with americorps financial regulations and best practices.
• Technical assistance: offer ongoing, on-demand support to grantees and subgrantees, focusing on program management, financial oversight, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Program evaluation support: support the evaluation of americorps programs to assess effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations for program improvement.
• Resource development: assist in developing tools, templates, guides, and other resources to improve program implementation, compliance, and performance.
• Annual conferences & events: provide logistical and content support for statewide americorps conferences, including organizing workshops, plenaries, and coordinating speakers.
• Recruitment support: assist commission and subgrantees with their recruitment efforts by providing guidance and support to help identify and engage qualified candidates for americorps positions. this includes creating and distributing recruitment materials, coordinating outreach efforts with local organizations, and managing applicant pipelines.
- Minimum requirements:
• Provide state license(s) and/or certification(s) necessary to perform services as identified in the scope of work.
• The execution of an award document, the successful vendor shall either furnish the agency with proof of state of state business licensure or initiate the process of application where required.
• Vendor shall provide responses to the request for proposal (RFP) scope of work and clearly identify capabilities as presented in the general evaluation requirements below.
• Complete all appropriate attachments and forms as identified within the RFP.
• Proof of insurance and amount of insurance shall be furnished to the agency prior to the start of the contract period and shall be no less than as identified in the bid solicitation
