- The budget and office of administration are jointly responsible for establishing travel policy for agencies under the governor's jurisdiction.
- The selected offeror will:
• Fulfill airfare, hotel accommodations, and car rentals associated with airfare to commonwealth travelers who book through sap concur travel.
• Provide agent assistance in bookings to fulfill airfare, hotel accommodations, and car rentals associated with airfare to commonwealth travelers.
• Reserve travel bookings through the global distribution system (GDS), and synchronize through sap concur travel: and
• Implement and manage the required business processes to carry out the commonwealth’s travel program as described within this RFP.
- The commonwealth spent approximately $4,331,000 on airfare, $46,640,000 on hotels, and $192,000 on car rentals associated with airfare from 2019 through 2023.
- Agency to enforce commonwealth travel policy for all agent-assist bookings and shall provide reporting and data management services.
