The vendor is required to provide it managed and support services that includes computer/server hosting.
- Provide on demand support, routine preventative maintenance service, security management/disaster recovery, and providing technical support for future designs and purchases of equipment, software, and licenses agreements in coordination with and directed by the district designated contact.
● Four-hour on-site response guarantee;
● Dedicated Secure Private Connection; Point to point between City Link and hosted data
● Hosted Email - Microsoft Office 365
● Provide a switch fails, a replacement will be replaced within 4 hours;
● Cyber security and annual training
● No new equipment/software fees;
● Ensure the districts data has a backup performed no less than twice a day;
● there will be no shipping charge for items sent from the contractor;
● Provided server malfunction or security breach, a representative will be on site within 4 hours;
● Planned outages will be communicated 7 days in advance;
● Provide day to day maintenance and support and any issues with IT Infrastructure
(Servers, Switches, Firewalls, SANs, RDS, etc.);
● Provide support for the following technologies on an ongoing basis;

o Windows Server 2012, 2016 & 2019
o Active Directory
o Group Policy Management
o File Server management
o iSCSI Storage Area Network configuration and management
o DHCP, DNS, SSL VPN
o Firewall configuration and maintenance at co-location & gathering

o Spam filter and email routing support
o Troubleshoot mail flow issues
o Active Directory Server Issues
o Group Policy Configuration and Management
o Implementing domain policies
o Drive mappings
o Ability to create scripts as necessary
o Server Patch Management
o DNS configuration and management
o DHCP configuration and management
o Continued vCIO services
